![]() ![]() I feel this was way excessive over a drink, and the fact I clearly had a marked service dog in vest, so publicly stating I had some kind of disability even if not physically seen. I felt attacked from the start, when 1 security guard politely informing me of change in management and my change in access to said drink would have sufficed perfectly fine, instead felt verbally jumped and energetically attack surrounded as I was over a drink, as if I was a hardened criminal about to rob the place. Being compliant and completely polite towards their aggression and excessive use of power I complied with their wording, and yet was still pressed upon. I had permission from previous management to get said drinks during my physical therapy walks so had no clue on change in management. ![]() Came in to get a drink of water on a hot walk and 4 adult men, 3 of which were fully security guard equipped, came up on me as if I was robbing the place. ![]() I am severely disappointed in the ethical handling of a mentally disabled woman with a visibly marked service dog. ![]()
